Reservation Policy

This policy explains how table reservations work at Ficardo Restaurant & Garden. Submitting a form on this website creates a pending request only. Your table is confirmed when our team contacts you and expressly confirms the booking.
1. Requesting a table
- Online requests are accepted for parties of 1–12 guests.
- Please allow at least 2 hours’ notice before your preferred time.
- Requests may be made up to 60 days in advance.
- For larger groups, celebrations or special arrangements, please call +357 26 960184.
2. Confirmation
After you submit a request you should receive an acknowledgement with a reference number. This is not a confirmation. We will review availability and contact you by phone or email to confirm, decline, or propose an alternative time.
3. Seating & timing
Garden or indoor preferences are noted where possible but cannot always be guaranteed, especially in peak season or adverse weather. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce the time available at your table.
4. Cancellations & changes
If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email so we can offer the table to other guests. Repeated no-shows may affect future reservation requests.

- Friday: 17:00 – 23:00
- Saturday: 17:00 – 23:00
- Sunday: 17:00 – 23:00
Hours shown are provisional pending owner confirmation. Some directories list 18:00 opening or daily service including Monday.
6. Allergies & special requests
Please include dietary requirements or accessibility needs in your request. We will do our best to accommodate, but some requests may not always be possible.
