These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website operated by Ficardo Restaurant & Garden,Poseidonos Avenue 50A, 8042 Kato Paphos, Cyprus. By using this site you agree to these terms. Reservation-specific rules are also set out in ourReservation Policy.
1. Website content
Menu items, prices, opening hours and availability may change. Some information on this site may be marked as provisional pending confirmation with the restaurant. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete or current at all times.
2. Reservations via the website
Online forms create a request, not an automatic booking confirmation. A table is only confirmed when we contact you and expressly confirm. We may decline or propose an alternative time if we cannot accommodate the original request.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit spam or false reservation requests, or interfere with its operation. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the restaurant or other guests.
4. Intellectual property
Branding, text, design and images on this site are owned by Ficardo or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
5. Third-party links
Links to Google Maps, social networks or other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Cypriot or EU law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Courts in Cyprus shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
